Allow myself to introduce... myself

I'm Jeremy.

I started my career in the marketplace as a finance recruiter and was quickly called into ministry.

I spent the next 17 years serving in the areas of worship, creative leadership, and executive leadership.

Most recently I served as the Chief Experience Officer at 12Stone Church based in Atlanta, Georgia.  12Stone Church consists of 9 campuses with an average weekly attendance of 12k members and an online audience of 15k viewers ... and is an incredible church.

During this time in my career, I was responsible for leading the following teams: worship, production, service programming, creative, marketing, events, online ministry, and global ministry operations. As a creative serving on the executive lead team, I had the unique opportunity to build global organizational strategy and lead the creative process.

I'll say it simply ... I got to develop leaders and solve complex problems in creative ways.

And I love that.

I helped develop the staff culture process for approximately 150 staff members, as well as personally leading teams up to 40 people.  And through that experience, I discovered that I have a unique gift in culture development and implementation.

I'm a Jesus follower, executive leader, marketer, creative, team builder, drummer, communicator, guitarist, producer, pianist, developer of leaders, husband, father of 4 (whew), Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan, and a native Texan.

Listen ... I love the local Church. I believe it's the hope of the world, the bride of Christ, and should be cared for. What an honor to take part in that!
